Implementation

In the SPPS Web application, a new Type of Adjustment (Other-NFC Process Court Ordered) has been added to the Type of Adjustment drop-down on the Add Adjustment page. When the user selects Other-NFC Process Court Ordered from the drop-down, the Court Ordered Completion Date field will be mandatory. The Court Ordered Completion Date field shall be read-only once the Agency releases it to the National Finance Center (NFC) for processing and will be visible on the Adjustment Data tab. Once the adjustment is saved or released to NFC for processing, an alert message will inform users of a minimum 45-day processing time. The Court Ordered Completion Date has also been added to the SPPS Web Reports additional column option to display a court-ordered completion date on the report.
